Amir Cinema to be razed by year end

THE oldest cinema hall in the country, Amir Cinema, is to be torn down. The property is owned by Qatar Cinema and Film Distribution Company (QCFDC). The decision to demolish the antiquated structure was taken at the company’s last board meeting.
