QuVIS Flexes Single Server 4K in Norway

Previewing the future of digital cinema, QuVIS treated an audience at the 2006 Trondheim International Film Festival – Kosmorama to the leading edge of imaging technology. A single high performance QuVIS Digital Cinema Server, in conjunction with Sony’s SXRD 4K projector, presented previews of coming Hollywood movies in standard 2K, then thrilled the crowd with another level of image quality with 4K vignettes of “I, Robot, ” “The Sound of Music” and DCI STEM footage.
