DTS Expands Cinema Services with Addition of DBS AGOURA HILLS, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–April 17, 2006–DTS, Inc. (Nasdaq:DTSI) announces that the company has finalized its acquisition of Digital Booking Systems (DBS) from FilmStew International, Inc. DBS, the only Application Service Provider (ASP) that enables cinema exhibitors and distributors to manage communications via the Internet, has transitioned all operations and customer support to DTS.
