Uphaar Cinema fire victims still seek justice after nine years

New Delhi: Every year on June 13, families of the 59 people who died in the worst cinema hall fire in India huddle together at a memorial made right outside the now-closed-down hall, with moist eyes and prayers on their lips for their lost ones.
