SMG could sell Pearl and Dean if under new management.

Rebel Shareholders at SMG want the former Channel 4 executive Rob Woodward to become head of the Scottish Media Group. If appointed Woodward plans to sell its cinema advertising business Pearl and Dean and its poster operation Primesight.
