ITV could be buyer for SMG’s cinema advertising business

ITV has expressed an interest in acquiring SMG’s Pearl & Dean, as it emerged that some leading shareholders favoured Virgin Radio boss Fru Hazlitt taking the helm of the Scottish media group.
