National Amusements to Build New Prototype Cinema De Lux Theatre

DEDHAM, Mass.-(Business Wire)-May 16, 2007 – National Amusements, Inc., a world leader in the motion picture exhibition industry operating more than 1,500 screens in the U.S., U.K., Latin America and Russia, announced today plans to build a new prototype Cinema de Lux theatre on the site of the Commack Multiplex Cinema. The theatre will feature a unique new design for National Amusements Cinema de Lux brand, bringing it to a whole new level of luxury. A key feature of the new design will be a special VIP seating area in several of the auditoria that will allow guests to enjoy in-seat dining before and during the featured film. The new theatre will replace the current theatre building, which opened in 1983. The entire project is expected to be completed by Fall of 2008.
