Marcus Theatres to acquire 11 Cinema Entertainment locations

Hotels and movie theatre operator Marcus Corp. (MCS.N: Quote, Profile, Research) said its division, Marcus Theatres Corp., plans to buy 11 Cinema Entertainment Corp. locations for about $75.7 million in cash.
