Stelios to strike back by buying Empire from Terra Firma

From the Telegraph: Stelios Haji-Ioannou, the Greek entrepreneur and founder of the Easy brand, is in talks to buy the Empire cinema in Leicester Square from Terra Firma, the private equity group, for £6m.
