Cineplex Galaxy fund sells 4 theatre sites to RioCan, plans to raise $215M with offering

TORONTO (CP) – Cineplex Galaxy Income Fund, which recently made a $500-million deal to acquire the rival Famous Players movie-house chain from Viacom, is selling four theatre sites and raising $215 million in a bought-deal offering.
