Kinepolis sells stake in German cinema group CinemaxX

Belgian cinema operator Kinepolis (KIPO.BR) said on Tuesday it had sold its 12.61 percent minority stake in German cinema group CinemaxX AG to H+Z Beteiligungs GmbH.
