U.K. boxoffice hits seven-year high

LONDON — U.K. cinema admissions for the first half 2009 reached a seven-year high, driven by homegrown hit Slumdog Millionaire and blockbusters such as Monsters vs. Aliens and Star Trek, the Cinema Advertising Association said Monday. [More stories on this can be found here]
