Assets of Star Cinema

Nearly all the assets of Kerasotes Showplace Theatres Co., a Chicago-based owner of movie theaters throughout the Midwest, including one in Fitchburg, will be sold to Kansas City-based AMC Entertainment Inc. under an agreement announced this week.
