Revlon boss a front-runner for Rank’s Deluxe Film

RON PERELMAN, the billionaire American owner of Revlon, the cosmetics giant, is among the frontrunners to acquire Rank Group’s Deluxe Film Services division for about $800 million (£465 million), The Times has learnt.
