Kinoton Equips Largest 3D Cinema Auditorium in the Czech Republic

At the opening of the International Film Festival for Children and Youth in Zlín, Czech Republic, the young audience enjoyed a very special cinema experience: the long-awaited 3D fantasy musical “Under the Duvet” by director F.A. Brabec, the first Czech feature-length movie shot completely in 3D. It premiered in the huge 1010-seat auditorium of the Zlín Grand Cinema. The spectacular 3D event was made possible by Kinoton’s sales and service partner for the Czech Republic, KINOSERVIS s.r.o., which professionally installed two DCP 30 LX Digital Cinema Projectors manufactured by Kinoton and based on projection technology provided by Barco. The projectors featured a Dolby 3D LS solution that was specially designed for large screens.
