Archer Entertainment Media Communications Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire Alpha D-Cinema Unit

LOS ANGELES–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Jan. 17, 2006–Archer Entertainment Media Communications, Inc. (Pink Sheets:ARCM – News) announced today that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire Shenzhen, China-based Creations Technology Development Company, Limited’s Alpha D-Cinema unit, including all of its rights, titles and interest in its approvals and contracts, and joint ventures to convert movie theaters in China to Digital Projection Format and related businesses.
