Car clampers to target workers parking outside cinema

MOTORISTS at a retail park have been threatened with having their cars clamped if drivers are not using the facilities.Dozens of signs have been placed across the car park in front on the Odeon Cinema at Festival Park, Etruria, to warn office workers and shoppers about leaving their vehicles there.
