Setback for film fans as plans to resurrect Tower Cinema fall through

A GROUP of film enthusiasts have been dealt a blow in their plans to resurrect an old cinema in west Hull. The group wanted to bring the former Tower Cinema back to life and show independent, foreign and arthouse films.
