It’s been a slow train a comin,’ but after 10 years of planning, the first commercial development in the Santa Fe Railyard has cleared its design review process and construction on the $30 million project should begin by March.
The mixed-use development, called the Market Station at the Railyards, located in the 500 block of North Guadalupe Street, will have approximately 78,000 square feet of retail and office space, in addition to a 38,000-square-foot, 10-screen cineplex.
