Viñoly lands planning for Marble Arch Tower scheme

Rafael Viñoly has won planning permission for a £450 million redevelopment of Marble Arch Tower in London’s West End

Local authority Westminster City Council approved the star architects’ office-led bid to replace the 1966 skyscraper last night (3 June).

The project – backed by prominent London developer Almacantar – features 11,400m² of office space alongside a multi-screen cinema, 53 apartments and 3,300m² of retail.
