Part of a historic former cinema in Burton town centre is back on the market.
The ground floor of The Ritz, in Guild Street, Burton, is now up for let for £35,000 a year after remaining unoccupied since Purrocious Cat Cafe closed down before Christmas.
The first floor of the building remains as a successful events venue, which holds events including music nights and wedding receptions.
The Ritz building has been a landmark in Burton since 1935, when it first opened as an opera house.
