Dalsa to sell digial cinema division

DALSA is committed to eliminating the ongoing losses in the Digital Cinema division by the end of 2008. The Company has recently entered into a non-binding letter of intent, which includes a 30-day period of exclusive negotiations, with ARRI (Arnold & Richter Cine Technik GmbH, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of cinematography cameras.
