The Brooklyn Academy of Music has formally announced its plans for its Next Stage Campaign, in which it hopes to raise $300 million over the next five years, a portion of which will be used to construct the Richard B. Fisher Building, which will include a 263-seat theater. The new facility, at 321 Ashland Place, will also be used by the community and local and emerging artists. It will be designed by H3 Hardy Collaboration Architecture.
