Aeon to buy cinema stake from Warner Bros.

TOKYO–Japanese supermarket store operator Aeon Co. said Wednesday it has agreed to buy the entire stake it doesn’t already own in its equally held cinema complex joint venture from Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc.
