Amazon is seeking to dismiss a class-action lawsuit filed by Prime Video users disgruntled over its addition of ads by default. In the Oct. 4 filing, the ecommerce giant pointed to its terms and conditions, which note that Amazon may “choose in its sole discretion to add or remove Prime membership benefits.”
