At this year’s BIRTV (Beijing International Radio and Television) trade show and the 12th Annual Digital Cinema Forum (DCF) in Beijing, China, Barco’s latest laser technology and laser-illuminated cinema projectors prominently figured again. Barco and its joint-venture (JV) partner, China Film Group, exhibited together as CFG-Barco (Beijing) Electronics Co., Ltd. This year, CFG-Barco extended its dominance of both the overall cinema market share and share in the rapidly growing laser cinema business in China.
