CineLux Cinema expansion delayed; aiming for May completion

Two weeks ago, the city’s building inspector slapped a yellow “stop work” tag on 1475 41st Ave., where CineLux Cinema plans an ambitious remodel. But the theater owner said Monday construction should be rolling soon.
