Though the Shelbyville 8 Cinema will not have any new releases to screen until later, they plan to start showing films again soon.
The theater is scheduled to open its doors to the public again on July 31, even though there will not be any major releases until later in the summer.
“We will be showing older movies, but there aren’t going to be any new releases until about two weeks after that,” said general manager Tommy Rowe. “A lot of stuff has been pushed back.”
