Cinemex Concludes 1,800 Screen Digital Cinema Deployment Exclusively with Barco

Barco, the global digital cinema technology leader, will complete a widespread deployment of 1,800 Barco DLP Cinema® projectors across Mexico by December 2013. With the Cinemex deal, Barco’s Latin American market share in digital cinema will grow to over 70 percent. The world’s sixth largest cinema chain cites Barco’s local service and parts infrastructure as key factors in the decision.
