Most movie fans aren’t ready to go back inside a theater, but one Cape Cod art house lets you rent cinemas instead for your own private pod party.
Officials at Provincetown Film Society, who run Waters Edge Cinema on Commercial Street, last week made the decision to not reopen the theater to the public anytime soon. That choice came after analyzing responses to a Facebook-driven survey filled out by 76 patrons, only 20 percent of whom said they were “very likely” to go out to a movie there in this unusual off-season.
