Cracks down on cinema halls operating with video parlor licence

District collector office has declared war on the cinema halls evading entertainment tax by running theatres even though they have licence to operate video parlors. These cinema halls have now been mandated to pay 20 per cent entertainment tax on earnings from every ticket sold.
