LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM, NOVEMBER 26TH 2018 — Cinema Technology Community (CTC), the not-for-profit independent trade organisation has announced the recipients of its prestigious awards at its annual awards ceremony in London.
Hosted by film-critic, author and broadcaster Mark Kermode, CTC’s own Last Projectionist Standing Dave Norris, actor Jason Isaacs and compered by Patrick von Sychowski (Celluloid Junkie and CTC), the awards night recognised individuals and organisations that continue to drive excellence in movie-going through the use of technology and outstanding service to the industry.

The 2018 Award Recipients
- Technology of the Year – Barco/Cinionic Light Steering Projection
- Cinema of the Year – Nordisk Colosseum Oslo
- Team of the Year – Watershed Bristol
- Outstanding Achievement – David Williams (WTW Cinemas)
- Lifetime Achievement – David Hodgkinson (Universal Pictures International)
