Cinema Technology Community (CTC), the not-for-profit independent trade organisation has announced its second one-day online event entitled “One Community Day 2022”.
The event will be held both in-person as part of the UK Cinema Association’s forthcoming spring conference and live streaming online on 6th April 2022. Access to the live stream will be completely free for all industry professionals.
One Community Day 2022 forms the final part of CTC’s two-year Covid Response Programme which has supported the global industry throughout the crisis providing vital educational and networking opportunities to its global membership.
“Two years ago we launched our Community Membership Scheme providing industry professionals with free access to the wide range of deliverables produced by CTC including white papers, video seminars, magazines, podcasts, audio interviews and much more. As the industry emerges from the pandemic and we see audiences returning to cinemas around the world, our second One Community Day completes our support package by bringing the industry together again, to learn and network. This year we’re delighted to be able to bring One Community Day to our 750-member strong community live and in-person with our colleagues at the UK Cinema Association and through our online live stream from the event,” explains Richard Mitchell, CTC President.
With a range of keynote talks, interviews and presentations delivered by an outstanding group of presenters, CTC will be covering issues ranging from Cyber Security, Event Cinema Presentation Quality, Engaging Audiences with Technology and the upcoming 3D Revival. Of course, the day will finish with a special “In The Pub with Mike Bradbury” featuring the entire podcast team.
