Developers planning a hotel at old Showcase Cinemas property

TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) – The old, vacant Showcase Cinemas property has been sold. Developers are planning to build a 120 unit hotel on the lot. The property is located on Secor Rd. between Central and the I-475 ramp.
