An Olympic-standard ice rink on Kings Dock is at the heart of £1.5bn of proposals for Liverpoool city centre unveiled today by Mayor Joe Anderson.
A range of exciting schemes – estimated at creating 12,000 construction jobs – also include proposals to transform Lime Street and Mount Pleasant.
