Rutland Kino is seeking the go-ahead to convert the grade II-listed Victoria Hall, which is located in the town centre on the High Street.
The scheme involves the installation of two screens, with 89 seats in one auditorium and 30 in the other. It is also proposed to have two further spaces which can be used to complement other community activities.
