Imax is partnering up with Vue Entertainment to launch a CinemaxX multiplex in Copenhagen, Denmark, which ranks as one of Scandinavia’s strongest film markets.
Andrew Cripps, president of Imax EMEA, said Denmark was a “promising market” for the company due to the Nordic country’s “strong moviegoing culture and growing exhibition industry.”
