In Conversation: June Givanni, recipient of the Outstanding British Contribution to Cinema Award

June Givanni has been doing the work of preserving, studying and celebrating Black filmmaking for over 40 years. A curator, writer, film programmer, and founder of the June Givanni PanAfrican Cinema Archive, she is recipient of this year’s BAFTA’s Outstanding British Contribution to Cinema Award.
