CARMEL MOUNTAIN RANCH — Inland North County’s first luxury cinema opened Friday with the debut of Angelika Film Center & Cafe at Carmel Mountain Plaza.The 12-screen theater features independent, art house, classic, foreign and some mainstream films in stadium-style auditoriums with leather recliner seating. And the usual fare of popcorn, sodas and slushies is supplemented with beer, wine, cocktails and gourmet hot fare like beef short rib panini, edamame and crispy fried green beans in spicy miso aioli.
