Renovations are underway on the former Cinema Six building in downtown Chatham.
Local business developer Dan Warrener confirms he has purchased the property and is looking for tenants. ”It’s a great building, it is well built and is in good condition. It has 210 parking spots so we feel that’s going to be an important part ultimately of downtown revitalization.”
