A planning application has gone in detailing the proposals for the £18m Pioneer Place development in Burnley.
The 28,500 sq ft leisure and retail complex looks to relocate an eight-screen Reel Cinema from its existing site on Manchester Road to the new site.
A batch of new restaurants, bars, shops, a public plaza and a 125 space car park will also be created as the Curzon Street part of the scheme.
Pioneer Place is being funded by Burnley Borough Council with support from Lancashire County Council following a multi-million pound cash injection.
