Poor attendance delays Cinema 23 owner’s application to Cedar Grove Planning Board

The fate of Cinema 23, located at 89 Pompton Avenue near the Party City and Staples was to be part of the Cedar Grove Planning Board’s agenda at their Tuesday meeting. One problem arose, however.

There weren’t enough board members to carry on the meeting.
