RealD Files Patent Lawsuits Against MasterImage 3D and Volfoni Over RealD Cinema System Intellectual Property Rights .

Global 3D and visual technology licensor RealD Inc. (NYSE: RLD) filed separate patent lawsuits today in the United States District Court for the Central District of California against MasterImage 3D for their MI-Horizon3D products, and Volfoni for their SmartCrystal Diamond product. These lawsuits contend that MasterImage3D and Volfoni are infringing on RealD XL Cinema System intellectual property rights with their respective products.
