‘Screening Truth to Power’: 20 years of Cinema Politica

Not even an intimidating letter from lawyers representing Coca Cola would stop the team from Cinema Politica from screening an NFB documentary that reveals dark truths about worker abuse at the hands of the corporation. To succumb to the pressure would be the complete opposite of what Svetla Turnin and Ezra Winton set out to do with their media arts organization: to screen truth to power.
