Seattle Black Film Festival — 19 years of Black cinema in the Central District

With the Seattle International Film Festival’s run already wrapped up this spring in its smaller format pandemic return, the city’s cinematic energy is free to run through Seattle’s film communities. In the Central District this weekend, 17th Ave S’s Langston Hughes Performing Arts Institute will host the 19th annual Seattle Black Film Festival running Friday through Sunday:
