Taunton cinema snapped up 17 Dec 2019 South West Property Taunton cinema snapped up Taunton’s Odeon Cinema has changed hands in a £10.45m deal led by Altitude Investments.
The cinema is located on Herons Gate retail park, near junction 25 of the M5.
The property spans 27,000 sq ft, is based on 3.2 acres and is let to Odeon with more than 18 years remaining.
It was acquired by a local investor.
