Jeffrey Dunn was 12 years old when he first walked into the Thomaston Opera House, and he loved it. Now, 31 years later, he loves it still. As its executive director, he soon will oversee a $7.5 million renovation and restoration project for the historic theater in the heart of Thomaston’s downtown. For that kind of money, the aging theater will get more than just a facelift, he said.
