The UK Cinema Association (UKCA) has announced plans for its 2019 annual conference, ‘TECH: New horizons for the big screen experience‘, to be held on Tuesday 5 and Wednesday 6 March at Vue Westfield, White City, London.
The UK cinema sector is experiencing a period of unprecedented investment and innovation, not least in new technologies underpinning all aspects of the big screen experience.
This event, the latest in a series of annual conferences which have become key dates in the industry calendar, will explore different aspects of that change under the banner ‘TECH: New horizons for the big screen experience’, with sessions considering issues such as ticketing, signage, retail and presentation, as well as providing valuable networking opportunities.
The event is expected to attract over 400 professionals from across the cinema industry, including a wide range of UKCA members as well as colleagues from film distribution, screen advertising, technology maintenance and supply, retail etc.
