Cinema chain Vue International has warned that ongoing restrictions and an uncertain film slate had cast “significant doubt” on its ability to trade.*
The group, which operates 229 cinemas in 10 countries, said it had secured waivers on its debt covenants due in November next year on the basis that it maintained minimum liquidity of £30m, according to accounts filed for a UK and Ireland subsidiary on Tuesday.
