Construction work has restarted on a cinema complex in St Neots – even though alterations to the original proposals have yet to secure planning permission.
Work stopped on the £8 million cinema complex in the town after it was discovered two buildings were in the wrong place.
Turnstone Estates, the developer behind the Rowley Arts Centre project, has put in another planning application for amendments to the scheme to reflect the position of the buildings – and it is pressing ahead with the work before planners have given the revisions the green light.
